We are looking for a couple or a single person to share our Luxury water front home in Paradise Point.

We have two furnished bedrooms to rent .

First Room $400 Large fully furnished with a Queen Size bed, two bed side tables and lamp and a spacious double wardrobe with a split system a/c and heater and a ceiling fan. This room has a lock on the door for your privacy. It’s situated on the second level of the house the opposite end of the master bedroom, you have your own very large bathroom with shower seperate to a bath and double vanity their is a seperate toilet on its own next to the bathroom. This room suits a couple and it’s $400 per week including all Bills, NBN and Net FLIX and pool maintenance and garden maintenance we pay for those to keep the pool swimable all year round and to keep the Garden looking nice.

The second Room is $350 a week it’s a little bit smaller It’s situated down stairs with easy access in and out of the house as it’s close to the front door where you first walk into the home. This has a Double Bed with two bedside tables and a smaller wardrobe. With a seperate toilet down stairs with a small vanity. This room would suit a single person and is $350 per week inc all Bills, NBN, Netflix swimming pool maintenance and garden maintenance. This also has split system a/c and heater with a lock on the door for your privacy.

This house is very large and spacious it’s furnished tastefully with a very big lounge room with an open fire place a large 68 inch Tv and 3 comfortable lounges to sit and relax to watch movies, there is a second room with couch and Tv and split system ac/heater , There is a reasonable size laundry with washing machine and dryer with a seperate toilet and vanity.

The kitchen is very large open plan looking out to the canal and the swimming pool and the Alfresco dinning area where there is a large BBQ area with out door table and chairs and a dart board.

There is also a very large dinning area in front of the kitchen which is all open plan so you can talk while your cooking and lookout to the water and the lovely view.

There is plenty of outdoor room with two sets of tables and chairs sun lounges hammock and egg chairs facing onto the canal. Their is also a very large pontoon you can Moore your boat on or go fishing from.

You will be living with Nicola and Cameron late 40’s really easy going people we are quite but love people and can be social but tend to stick to ourselves great sense of humour and love cooking and watching movies you will find Cameron in the garage most of the time tinkering with different projects.

Both rooms are available now. Two weeks Bond to pay on moving in. We are Just minutes to the Broadwater, 5 min walk to the Esplanade where all the shops and post office are two mins to hope island Aldi and coles and 5 mins to Runaway Bay shopping center with coles Woolworths Aldi ,target and Big W , 10 Minutes by car to Train station and the M1.
