Timber cubby house.
The base is 1.2 x 2.4m.
1.5m high from the floor to the ridge.
Will need to be dismantled to get it out the front of the house to a trailer/Ute.
The wall and roof panels are held together with galvanised screws so it will come apart ok.
I can give you hand to dismantle.
