Due to an increase in projects an opportunity exists for an experienced administrator to join this exciting global company.Your new roleYou will be responsible for the ongoing commitment of staff services, office facilities and tenancy security, along with ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas such as kitchens, print rooms, meeting rooms and communal areas. The role is part of The Service Station team, responsible for mailroom and amenities, along with administrative tasks to support the office.Day to day your responsibilities would include:
- Providing admin support including assistance with letters, proposals and reports
- Coordinating team/project meetings
- Assisting with room bookings, catering, preparation of meeting notes/agendas and taking of minutes
- Processing external training requests for staff
- Assisting with marketing collateral – capability statements, project sheets, custom docs etc
- Reviewing tenders
- Proof reading, formatting, collating information, finishing all documents to a high standard and to the company brand
You will need strong computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail to be successful in this role. Previous experience in a similar position or as an administrator ready to take the next step. Entry level position open to university students, or graduates with a keen interest in construction or engineering.
What you’ll need to succeed
Your proven time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands alongside your previous experience in a similar role will ensure you succeed in this demanding role. This role reports to the Administration/Operations manager while also supporting the greater team and liaising with external agencies, therefore your ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong industry relationships will be paramount. You will be highly proactive, agile and a natural born go getter. You will be willing to show initiative and will show enthusiasm in assisting the team.
