We have a self-contained studio room to rent out. You will have your own separate access to the studio. The room has a kitchenette which will include cooking utensils and you will have your own fridge. The room has its own bathroom. The bed and couch in the photo are not included. There is also a shared external laundry.
Located in Bracken ridge with local shops across the street, which include Dominos pizza, bakery, fish and chip shop, convenience store and more. The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away so public transport is easily accessible.A bit about us, we are a young married couple with a toddler. We are looking to rent this room to one person only who is a working female, who is reliable, clean and tidy, quiet and is a non-smoker. No pets sorry.
