We are looking to engage the services of an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join a busy and growing hospitality management company. The role will report to the company CEO and be responsible for optimising the delivery of all sales and marketing activities across the Company’s portfolio of regional Motels, Restaurants, and Conference Centres. This will initially be a part-time role of 3 – 4 days per week, which is likely to become a full-time position.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Research, Develop and Execute an overarching Sales & Marketing Strategy for all company assets.
  • Work with the company management team to ensure alignment of company assets with Sales & Marketing Strategy.
  • Work closely with the outsourced web development team to ensure all websites remain up to date and competitive.
  • Manage all online distribution channels to various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution System (GDS) providers, and other online platforms.
  • Manage various Customer Relationship Manager programs, Consortia programs, etc.
  • Manage all sales & marketing modules within property management systems.
  • Manage all sales & marketing activities across the company’s portfolio of Motels, Restaurants, and Conference Centres.

 

You must have:

 

·Relevant Industry Qualifications.

·Strong understanding of online sales &marketing environment.

·Understanding of the hospitality industry.

·Ability to learn and understand hospitality industry sales and marketing platforms at an advanced level.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong ethics.

·The ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.

·Assist in administrative tasks where required

 

In addition, you will need to maintain high levels of energy and present with a customer focussed demeanour. You will need to take pride in your service delivery and the quality of work that you produce. You will be able to build and maintain enduring relationships with our Customers, Investors, Directors, Management and Staff. Occasional travel in regional Australia may be required
