I am a 56 y/o male who is the full-time carer of my disabled mother. My mother and I reside on the first floor of the house, while our (female) live-in support-carer lives upstairs in one of the rooms.
I am seeking a female who would like to live in a safe, quiet home with a strong culture of treating all people with respect. References available from a number of prior occupants if you require.
You will occupy one of the rooms upstairs. You will only need to share the shower and toilet with the female –live-in carer.
The bedroom is fully-furnished with balcony. Rent includes Wi-fi, electricity and all utilities. The house has a large kitchen and you will be provided with your own fridge.
Preference is for a female. If you work as a nurse or within the aged-care industry, this would be a bonus, but not necessary. New Australians are very welcome to apply.
