Ceiling fans in both rooms, air condition in main living areas..
There’s is a 12 month old queen bed and mattress in the room you are welcome to use.

Fast internet “wifi “ through out the house.

Very quite street, great neighbours, a really great little area.
8 minute drive to Morayfield Shopping centre and train station. Local corner shop, 3 minutes walk from home..
