Small refundable bond of $240 payable on arrival….Cash rent payments weekly, sorry can’t give any receipts to claim rent assist etc.$240 p. wk also includes all bills, wi fi and breakfast cereal and / or toast, fresh bread daily to make simple lunches and a plate of dinner when and where available….Very safe here with security cameras.
