I live upstairs in an amazing house in Red Hill, near Ashgrove.The spare room is available for rent, it comes with basic furniture, including a double bed, however some furniture can possibly be removed.All bills and broadband is included in the rent.

Corner room with two sets of windows and a ceiling fan.The upstairs has two bathrooms so you would basically have the main bathroom to yourself.Ceiling fan in both the lounge and kitchen, as well as air-con in the lounge room however it’s only used on really hot days.House has a deck out the front, and a small deck out the back which is just near the bedrooms.
After someone who works, or studies and works, or a FIFO worker.Someone who loves pets but ideally does not have their own pet.Someone who is quiet, responsible, friendly, tidy and a non smoker.
I also live upstairs and I have a small friendly dog, as well I sometimes have other small dogs staying.I’m a mature aged female who works on a casual basis.I’m fairly quiet and pretty responsible when it comes to looking after my little dog.
The owner of the place lives downstairs, the downstairs is pretty much seperate from upstairs.He is very friendly and easy-going, and is fairly quiet most of the time.He works a lot, so is not home that often.He has an amazing kelpie dog who goes to work with him, he loves people and will often come upstairs to visit.
