Your new role
Daily management of a portfolio will include liaising with tenants and landlords, handling enquiries, organising maintenance and following up with contractors, reporting back to owners, renewals of lease agreements and rent reviews. This is an excellent opportunity to show case your exceptional organisational skills.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an individual who likes to challenge themselves, make decisions, good at building strong relationships and someone who can communicate effectively. If you have a track record in commercial property and you passionately inspire and encourage a “customer and team” focused vision and vocabulary this role could be suited to you.
