I currently have one clinic space available for rent in a psychology practice in Wollongong. Room would suit a variety of health professionals. For example, psychologists, GPs, dieticians, naturopaths, massage therapists, art therapists etc.
The room is spacious and filled with light. It has high ceilings and has been freshly painted and carpeted. It is also very quiet as it is in an old double brick house.
The room is furnished. Configuration can be changed and finishing touches can be added as you wish. Room comes with plants, desk, desk chair, therapy chairs, coffee tables, side tables, drawers for storage, heaters for winter.
There is a waiting room with chairs, music, a fridge, microwave, coffee, tea and water for staff and clients. There is wifi and a shared printer in the waiting room.

The building will have air conditioning before next summer. There is a separate staff bathroom, staff kitchen and outdoor eating area.
Rooms are professionally cleaned once per week.
Rooms are $130 per day, $550 for five days (Monday to Friday) or $650 for the full seven days. These prices INCLUDE GST.
There is also an opportunity to work for Sunyata Psychology under a contract model for psychologists. The contract would include room, referrals, virtual admin support and coaching from me to learn how to launch into private practice.
