My name is Joy, I am a professional Face Painter and balloon twisting.

I offer quality Face Painting, Balloon twisting and general party fun to entertain children.

I also offer my services for birthday parties, christenings, shopping centres, festivals, corporate events and store openings.

I am based in City of Kingston, Greater Dandenong, Casey and Monash and have an extensive history with early childrens learning. I am happy to travel to most Melbourne areas.

I use a selection of professional water based products that are non-toxic and safe for the skin. These products meet the current cosmetic regulatory guidelines required in Australia. These products are easily removed with mild soap and water, baby wipes or baby oil.

I have my Working Children’s card, public liabilility insurance and business registration .
