Your new role
You will be at the office reception and be responsible for administrative duties to ensure highest standards of customer service and day to day operation of the office and staff. You will join a talented, close-knit friendly team and be surrounded by intelligent leaders in a progressive organisation.
- Welcome all visitors, contractors and employees
- Manage the reception area, boardroom/meeting rooms, kitchen and common areas to ensure it is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Screen telephone calls & the general office emails, transfer, re-direct, page and take messages as appropriate
- Set up meeting rooms and manage bookings as required
- Maintaining office supplies, researching specific purchase information for regular goods and services required by the office
- Arranging internal staff on and off boarding requirements (i.e. issuing of access cards, etc)
- Order company supplies including stationery and collateral as required
- Upkeep staff manuals and documents, circulate to all staff accordingly.
- Assist on various events and operations improvement projects and tasks as required
- Arrange gifts and flowers as required
- Arrange travel bookings (flights, accommodation, car rental)
- Assist the Development team with administrative duties as required
What you’ll need to succeed
If you are a dynamic, adaptable and friendly front of house Receptionist and strong Office Assistant, then here is the dream job you have been waiting for. You will be friendly, personable and a confident superstar that will have impeccable communication and organisational skills. You will have experience in managing reception and administration support services in a busy environment. Outstanding communication skills, polite, courteous and professional.
You will have excellent customer service focus and orientation. Ideally you will have sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products and InDesign. This role is a full-time permanent position. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate, full time in the office but flexible working hrs.
