On site caravan and annex { site 15} at Snobs Creek Holiday park just 6 minutes from Lake Eildon. The park if family and pet friendly. There is a bar and bistro on site as well. Site 15 is conveniently located near the bar and bistro and the swimming pool. caravan is well maintained and has recently met all compliance certifications. The van has 1 bed room with a double bed and tv, kitchen and meals area. The annex has a fold out couch double bed, a 1 1/2 seater chair that folds out to a single bed and the ottoman folds out to a single bed as well. All up it sleeps 6. Walk in and get started, the caravan is decked out with plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc. The fridge and BBQ will be removed before sale and the pot belly on the front veranda has been removed, otherwise what you see is what you get. The front veranda is large with lighting, fan, 6 seater table and chairs and is equipped with privacy blinds. In the back is a small court yard area with a clothes line and a small storage shed with some shelving. At the rear of the annex is a fully functioning ensuite containing shower, toilet, vanity and a storage cupboard. A suitable arrangement will need to be negotiated with management for the continued use of the site. The park has been under new management for over 12 months and they have made many improvements and continue to do so.
