This limited edition Tuskeegee Airman Air Force 1 is a tribute to the African American fighter and bomber pilots of WW2. They formed the 332nd Fighter Group and the 477th Bombardment Group of what was then the US Army Air Force and were the first African Americans aviators in US military history.
The Khaki colorway reflects the colors common to US military at the time, and is quite easy to match with a number of outfits. The sharks eyes and colorway design of the heel and tab was typical decoration of many US airfcraft during WW2.
This pair is in very good condition, an easy 7 out of 10. There are a small handful of scuffs but the leather upper is otherwise in superb condition, as is the interior lining of the shoes – the one exception as is shown in the photo is the interior size/model tags. The midsole is flawless and the outsole shows almost no wear. These shoes were worn a few times but largely sat in a wardrobe for years.
The pair is US Mens Size 10.5 / EUR 45. The fit is typical Air Force 1 Mid.
