My Cleaner and Assistant has since June 2019 been cleaning Sydney’s homes, ovens and businesses and has weekly and fortnightly customers from Penrith to Hunters Hill. We have current police and working with children checks. We use our own equipment and cleaning products but are flexible and will use our customer’s also if our customer prefers. We clean homes once off, weekly or fortnightly. Also commercial cleaning of offices.
Our customers include busy families who are short on time and need us to clean, NDIS customers who have been refered to us by their plan manager and elderly customers. For our NDIS and elderly customers we often do more than just clean and also make their beds and do a load off washing and other hoiusehold tasks.
After being in business for 3 years the average number of months our customers have had us cleaning regularly for them is almost 1 year. We also have customers who after we have cleaned for them have referred us to their friends for who we now also clean. Over 70% of our customers are from referals by current customers.
HOME CLEANING
ONCE OFF OR WEEKLY OR FORTNIGHTLY
All our home cleans include the cleaning of all your rooms including:
Bathroom(s), bedroom(s), kitchen, laundry, living room, family room, dining room, sun room, toilets and hallways.
For every room we:
– Dust all surfaces
– Vacuum carpets
– Vacuum tiled or wooden floors before mopping them
– Mop wooden or tiled floors
– Clean windows
– Spot clean walls
– Clean Stair rails
– Clean Balconies
For every bathroom or toilet room we clean:
– Basin, bath, shower, toilet, mirror, floor and spot clean the walls
If you choose a weekly or fortnightly clean, we also include for you at no extra charge your:
– Light fittings
– Blinds
– Fly screens
– Air vents
– Oven
We do this by cleaning for you all that needs to be cleaned every time such as the bathroom and also some of the things that need to be cleaned only sometimes such as your window blinds. By not following a strict regular routine for your cleaning we do over several visits clean everything in your home home while on every visit we always clean your essential items..
We ensure your satisfaction with our work by asking you on every visit is there anything in particular that needs attention from us. Also when we are leaving we ask for your feedback on our work before we leave your home.
Often our customers are not at home when we clean as they are at work or plan their time not to be at home when we clean demonstrating their trust in our service.
Our costs are from only $30 per hr plus GST. Typical total prices including GST for all the above listed tasks are:
– Studio apartment $80
– Two or three-bedroom apartment or house with 2 bathrooms $132
ASSISTANT SERVICES
We can do any general task for you that does not require formal qualifications such as:
– Folding up and putting your clothes into their draws and cupboards.
– Home maintenance such as changing light bulbs, batteries in smoke detectors, adjusting a door, etc.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
We also do commercial cleaning for offices and give them the same loving care as we do our home customers.
