Mum Cat Lexie from The Minecraft Crew is looking for her forever family
Lexie is a gorgeous cat that rescued from a hoarder situation. She fell pregnant in her first season (so very young) and looked after her babies well. When Lexie first came to her foster mum, she was very scared. She now accepts long body pats as long as you put your hand out slowly and let her sniff first. She is a favourite of her foster mum as she is just so gorgeous and gentle.
We are looking for a quiet home for Lexie – sorry peeps, not one with small children. While she has adapted well to her foster carer’s grandchildren, she doesn’t like very loud noises that frighten her. She likes peering out the window at the birds and has the cute little trill that some cats make.
Lexie has been:
– tried with children and tolerates them (is a bit unsure but not scratchy or bitey just scared)
– tried with other cats and kittens and loves them
– Untried with dogs
Lexie is approximately 1 year old and her adoption fee of $150 includes:
– Desexing
– Vaccination
– Microchip
– Flea and worm treatments up to date of adoption
– Litter training- Socialisation
– An adoption pack with some of her current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get her started.
Lexie is available to meet at her foster carer’s home in Christie Downs, however social distancing will take place and potential adopters must agree to wear masks if required.
Lexie is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure/run.

Our adoption fee covers the complete vet work for each kitten. We are a rescue and do not make money on rehoming our kittens. Our costs reflect our vet costs and we have a very reputable local vet who provides fantastic care to all cats and kittens in our care. We cannot apologise for not being the “cheapest rescue” in the southern Adelaide suburbs as we pride ourselves on providing top care to all our cats and kittens in our care ensuring that you, the adopter, adopts a healthy, happy purr.
