We’ve reached a point where we now need a fulltime in-house management accountant to take a seat at the table with the Narangba Timbers team.
We have extremely good external accountants who assist our team, plus an advisory board who are helping guide and shape the business we lead. We advocate for learning leaders, folks with a passion to grow their circle of influence, give 110% by reading, listening and reaching out.
For this role, you will need to be CPA or CA qualified. The role is developing, so you will need to roll up your sleeves and do a lot of hack work. We can provide support from other businesses interests to achieve outcomes in a timely manner, however you’ll need to lead the drive.
You need to have experience working with businesses that are $50m turnover, because we’re going to hit that number ourselves soon. We would like see you with us through and over this hill and onto $100m.
We recently engaged MYOB Advanced to begin pulling together the requirements to transition from QB online. You will need to take over leadership of this project and work with our partners.
Payroll is currently done out of house as with AP / AR, we would like to bring that in-house and see you facilitate this.
Once you have the house in order and all mandatory hack-work is completed we would like you to then work ‘boots-on-ground’ style with our managers to help them understand their numbers, to drive up profitability and drive down costs.
