It’s $390pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner who comes twice a week, so $425pw altogether. Its also avail to two people for an extra $75pw, or $500pw. The room is avail 9th Oct.
The house also features 3 Common Bathrooms, a large Commercial Style Kitchen, Common Dining Areas and Shared Laundry Facilities. We also have a cleaner who comes twice a week to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and common areas.
The Property is a 5 minute walk to Central Station, 5 minute bus ride to City, 10 minute walk to Surry Hills shops, cafes and restaurants. Its also directly opposite Prince Alfred Park which features an Olympic Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts.
Please Note: This is a large Terrace house with 10 rooms in total. It’s quite social, but is definitely not a party house.
The other flatmates are quite social, we have Paul who is almost part of the furniture, he is the house caretaker and knows everything about the area and any tricks to the house. We also have Glen (25) from Korea who is studying graphic design and works in hospitality (currently deliveroo ;-). We also have Ruben (27) from Brazil who works fulltime in IT. Anna (25) is from Germany. She works in hospitality.
