The house is located in a family friendly part of Noarlunga Downs. The huge deck has views over empty fields and part of the river and is a 3-4 minute walk from the river itself.
Port Noarlunga beach is a 5 minute drive for summer!
The room is unfurnished!
The house has a 75” TV with Netflix and Disney and a great sound system for movies / XBOX Series X for gaming, KAYO sports etc. Brand new Samsung fridge, Samsung washer, pod coffee machine, new Microwave, Dyson vacuum and so on – everything needed.
I’ll add more items for the outdoor entertaining area after settling in etc.
Rent includes Netflix, unlimited internet. Bills split evenly for gas, electricity and water.
The house also features my 7 yo German Shepherd – big personality, very friendly and if you would ever like to walk him, he will love you.
