HR Advisor | Temporary role 3 – 6 Months | Part time 2-3 days p/w | Operational HR role | $55-65 super p/h

Your new company

You will be working for a growing corporate supplier, an exciting and interesting business. They are growing and seeking an additional resource to assist with the streamlining between the operations and corporate functions.

Your new role

  • You will be assisting with negotiating Enterprise Agreements at end of January.
  • Assisting with site recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
  • Delivering hands on assistance to operations managers on HR Matters.
  • Working with HR teams in every capital city in Australia to create more streamlined processes.
  • Have an overall understanding of H&S in this type of logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Partner with the Ops Manager and provide helpful HR support, guidance and strategy from a local perspective especially with the EA Negotiation process.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Established HR BP/Advisor experience – min 5/6 years
  • Experience as part of an EA process and a good understanding of Awards
  • Logistics and/or Manufacturing HR industry experience
  • Recruitment experience
  • An understanding of H&S in this type of environment – no WHS qualifications required
