Herb is a beautiful, well mannered and outgoing boy.
He has been with us since he was 10 weeks old and is completely house trained, he also knows quite a few tricks! Herb loves going out for adventures and car rides, he also adores playing with other dogs and has amazing manners when it comes to reading other dogs body languages. Catching and bringing back the ball for you is his endless life goal.
Herb MUST NOT be housed with cats. He has grown up with cats all his life but unfortunately, no matter how much training we provided, he has not grown the tendency to not harm them. He will fixates and is not trusted around cats. As we have multiple cats, we have decided to rehome Herb so that everyone can live the best quality of life possible. More details about this can definitely be discussed further upon interest/application.
Herb’s personality is kind, goofy, outgoing, bubbly, placid, and so much more that words don’t do justice. He is great on lead and is keen to do more training if you want to teach him anything new! He is incredibly intelligent.
Herb suffers from Hip Dysplasia, we help him by giving him (4cyte) a strong hip and joint supplement and making sure he gets his daily walks.
The vets have said that he should be happily walking around until he is about 8 or 9 years old with the proper care.
Please only express your interest if you have taken all things above into consideration, we are more than happy to take our time with finding him the right home and are happy to host meet & greets where you can bring your other dog if you have one.
