An opportunity exists for a full time Facilities Manager to join an ever growing & successful ACT branch. The position sits within the hardworking and approachable Asset Management team, providing the opportunity for the successful applicant to not only showcase their demonstrated skills and experience as a Facilities Manager, but nurture their future growth in a successful career.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong tenant focus
- Strategic approach to problem solving
- Strong Risk Management focus.
- Preferable experience with Green Cap and ContinuONE
- Ideally a tertiary or trade background
