————— Experienced LocalArchitectural Draftsperson (Sub-contract or part time position, will become full time in nearfuture). Could work independently
Skills and knowledge: Aminimum 3 – 5 year WA local architectural design and drafting experience
– Construction knowledge andbuilding detailing – Documentation skills using Revit and Auto Cad
– Knowledge of BCA, R-Codeand /or design WA
– Knowledge of Adobe Suiteand /or other 3D visualization software
– Time management skills
You will be responsible for:
– Technical documentation
– Tendering/ sitesupervising
– Supporting the team induring concept design, design development phases to build
Qualifications: Architecturedegree/ or diploma building design and Cert IV residential drafting Working time- At least 3-5 days a week.
————–Local Interior Designer (Sub-contract or part time position, will become full time in near future). Could work independently
Skills and knowledge: Aminimum 2 year professional experience
– Construction knowledge andinterior design detailing
– Documentation skills usingRevit and Auto Cad
– Knowledge of Adobe Suite and/or other 3D visualization software
– Time management skills
You will be responsible for:
– Technical documentation
– Supporting the team induring concept design, design development phases
Qualifications – interiordesign (part time student or non-student).
