🔥 About Us:Formed in the dawn of 2021, HOLOgram is breaking out of isolation to inoculate the music scene with incredible energy and irresistible melodies! The band’s mixed culture fuels their songwriting; their varying backgrounds and life experiences shape their music with the common goal of empowering the audience. Blended with cool grooves, strong melodies, storytelling lyrics, casual attitude, and funny personalities, their sound is a mix of Japanese Rock, Zen, funk, alternative rock, punk, and Surf Rock which was influenced by Nico Touches the Walls, Linkin Park, and New Pants(新裤子).
Our live gigs were always energetic, thoughtful, and full of interactions, which bring so much fun for the audiences to not just be there to watch but be involved in versatile unforgettable experiences!
Currently, we are in the mixing and mastering stage of our new EP, aim to build a solid fan base, and are eager to take our music to new heights.
🥁 Drummer Wanted: We’re searching for a drummer who can lay down a solid rhythm foundation, exhibit excellent timing, and bring creativity to our compositions. You should be proficient in various drumming techniques and have experience playing in a band. Your passion for music and stage presence will be key in connecting with our audience. Bonus point if you know how to use SPE-SX or have one of your own.
📆 Rehearsals and Commitment: We take our music seriously and commit to regular weekly rehearsals to refine our sound and prepare for gigs. We believe in collaborative songwriting and encourage input from all band members. While we have ambitious goals, we also value a supportive and fun environment where everyone can thrive. However, it’s ok if you miss one or 2 rehearsals, we understand everyone is busy. However, 3 to 4 rehearsals right before the gig days are more critical.
