This State Government Department deliver key programmes and policies, due to an influx of work they are seeking multiple Customer Service Call Centre employees to assist the HR department with enquiries regarding employment.
Your new role
Working within the HR team you will be responsible for assisting with phone and email enquiries from candidates to direct and answer questions for employees and those expressing an interest to work for an upcoming large volume campaign. You will provide comprehensive phone and email support, including providing general information, navigation of the employment portal and onboarding processes and assistance with basic payroll related information.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Call Centre environment
- Strong customer focus with a courteous and professional telephone manner
- Effective interpersonal skills that foster teamwork, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure managing large volumes of enquiries
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal communications
- The ability to adapt quickly to to new software and experience working within the Microsoft suite of products.
Candidates must be available to work full time hours, across Monday to Friday, must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance, and be willing to show proof of Covid Vaccination status in line with Government requirements for this department.
