We have one available room in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The bedroom is suitable for only one person and is furnished with a queensize bed, included are pillows, heater, study table, study chair, wardrobe) linens are provided if you need.
Rental for large bed room for single person available : $380/week. For single person only. Duration/extension may be nego.
All cutleries and utensils are available for use in the kitchen. Common used items like toilet rolls/detergent/soap/dishwashing liquid/cleaning supplies etc will be bought periodically and costs shared among the housemates. Housemates take turns to clean the common areas and empty the bins. Mop/vacuum cleaners and cleaning cloth provided in the house.
Location is within walking distance to CBD and Victoria Market location Tramstop just outside the house ( tram 57 line). 5mins walk to errol street with cafes, banks, post office and IGA supermarket, and 10min walk to North Melbourne train station, CBD and Victoria Market.
Rental covers all electricity, gas, water, wifi.
No smoking in the house.
