Looking for one more to fill our shared house, we have just moved in and signed a 12 month lease. Flatmates are 3 guys, all working professionals, I am a teacher, Phillip works in factory and Rishy has a furniture moving business. You will not need to sign lease but a 4 week bond is required and rent is due on 1st each month in advance ($695.25 per month). Internet (1 gig connection) is included, with a google mesh network and 5G wireless. Router is a 4gb netgear gaming router, providing average download speeds of 800-900mbps and upload of 40-50mbps. All other bills are split evenly and shared.
Property is near to public transport, gym, Deakin University and Burwood One. Room has a lot of natural light, a queen bed and a wardrobe, but furniture can be removed if required.
The house is large with 2 lounge rooms, spacious kitchen, bathroom and a second toilet. There is ducted heating, evaporative cooling and split system air-cons in two main areas. The house also has roller shutters on most windows and an alarm system with motion detection.
We are looking for someone relaxed who can fit in with us as we have been living together for 9 months at our previous house and get along well.
I keep the house very tidy, cleaning once a week and everyone tidies up after themselves, we would like someone who is tidy also and don’t mind male or female.
Finally I have a little Boston Terrier, she takes a little while to warm up to new people but is friendly when she does, so hope you also like dogs.
