A large multinational goods & services provider requires an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their commercial team in South Sydney.

Your new role

Working closely with the Commercial and Administration Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Timely processing of supplier payments
  • Customer invoicing
  • AP, AR and stock reconciliations
  • Pricing updates and analysis
  • Maintaining customer accounts information and set up of new customers and suppliers
  • Excel reporting on daily inventory levels and supplies
  • Major account month end reconciliations
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • National and State KPI reporting

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a high volume transaction and inventory based business would be ideal
  • Strong reconciliation skills
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
  • Able to work well with internal staff, customers and suppliers locally and interstate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid background in Accounting and understanding of month end deadlines and processes
  • Strong Excel skills
