Share cleaning of shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen .There is a deep swimming pool at the back of the house. The house is opposite a lovely park & 5 minutes from shops and a bus stop.
People who keep their room clean only please 😁 ..You will need to have your own vacume cleaner:) Doona ,sheets, towels, cleaning products& toilet paper😁
All bills and unlimited, fast internet is included.
The double bedroom with its own lounge and toilet is downstairs. ( If you mow the lawn once a month, I will discount the price by $50 a month.

The room is suitable for a single person only. It is not suitable for a couple or people with children. Parking is on the street in front of the house opposite a quiet park.
