We are sisters Mallow and Mixie and we have been together forever. We are the cutest pair, always chatting to each other, giving kisses and tail hugs. We are truly best friends!
🩷 Mallow – I am the diva. I have come a long way since I first came into care, but sometimes I still get scared. Deep down I’m a sweetie. If you’re lucky, I might even let you give me pats – in exchange for food!
💜 Mixie – I am the wallflower. I am very curious and like to watch what Foster Mum is doing, from a distance. I’m not keen on pats and prefer to say hi with a nose-boop. I love Temptations and will sit up straight for my morning treats. Yum!
In our foster home, we are relaxed and enjoy playing together, naps in comfy beds and hanging out with the other cats. However, we get upset if we are separated. We will take time to adjust into our new home. Slow and steady will win our love!
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
We adore other cats! Having another friendly cat will help to earn our trust. We learn everything is OK by watching fellow felines.
Given our shy nature, a mature human or humans would be best suited for us.
We haven’t been exposed to dogs in our foster home. Mixie could be OK with a dog, but it is unlikely Mallow would be cool with having a woofer around. No thank you!
Likes / Dislikes
🩷 Mallow – I like to chase my floofy tail and play with random objects I find. I love food but I can be fussy. I eat Royal Canin digestive food to keep my sensitive tummy healthy. I will come up to Foster Mum when I am hungry or to play with the bee toy!
💜 Mixie – I like to watch TV and play with my toy mouse that I throw high in the air. I am a quiet and polite kitty, only the best manners from me. I am not fussy about what I eat, but I do love my gravy wet food!
We aren’t a fan of loud noises or people, being picked up, or sudden changes in our environment.
Our PURR-fect home would be a mature and no-fuss home where we can feel safe and secure. Another cat friend would be ideal, but otherwise a patient person who has time and love to earn our trust and take things slowly. Are you the cat whisperer we have been waiting for?!
Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
