More than 100 years ago, this WA company first started the production of their products and has since branched out to various parts of Australia to supply to the greater agricultural industry and cliental. Our client is needing a switched on admin to join their front desk in both reception duties and administration tasks for the next 6 months with the potential to extend.

Your new role and responsibilities but not limited to\

  • Data Entry
  • Processing orders and receiving where needed
  • Liaising with clients
  • Invoicing
  • General administration and reception duties
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of your space and front of house
  • Maintain key registry
  • Service to other departments with administrative support where necessary
  • Supportive and encouraging of health and safety procedures
  • Ordering office supplies where necessary

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service including phone etiquette
  • Data entry experience in a previous role
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude towards work and colleagues
  • Bring a positive bright and bubbly attitude into the workplace
  • Previous experience in another administration position
  • Excellent organisation and efficiency
  • Quick to pick up tasks and go above and beyond will be a success factor for this role
  • Computer literate and systems adapt
  • Covid-19 Vaccinated ( Booster) is essential
